The alpha female

a Assertive Perseverant     Exercises the ability to be gentle while being open and direct

Assertiveness: Gentle and still Direct

·         Alpha Females assert influence and control

·         Alpha Females  speak up for themselves, without fear of losing their loved ones, their friends and colleagues.

·        Ask for what we want, without forgetting to tune into what others want.

·        Create balance in giving and taking

·        Hold boundaries

·        The Golden rule needs an update: DO UNTO OTHERS WHAT WE WOULD HAVE THEM DO UNTO US.    AND ASSERTIVELY ASK FOR WHAT WE WANT AND HOLD BOUNDARIES AGAINST WHAT WE DON'T WANT OR WON'T ACCEPT.

Women are brought up to believe that if we take care of people and listen and support and understand and accept them, they, in perfect balance, will listen and support and understand and accept us right back. Only with assertiveness, with the confidence and courage to ask for what we want, are we able to actually achieve a balance in human interrelationships.

·    CHOICE: We can either spend our Energy feeling resentful, annoyed, taken advantage of and/or passively aggressive, OR we can use our Energy to take action to create a world where we are giving and getting exactly what we want.
